Refund policy
All ammunition sales are final. Due to the nature of ammunition and federal regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on ammunition for any reason once shipped. This includes defects—contact us for possible manufacturer warranty claims.
For non-ammunition items (e.g., merchandise, accessories):
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Refunds issued to original payment method, minus fees.
Defective non-ammo items may qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion, with proof. No refunds for shipping charges.
